What is Folders?
Folders is a workflow tool in CompStak that lets you save, manage, revisit and share the comps that matter most. Instead of rerunning searches or individually exporting comps to spreadsheets, you can create custom folders to keep your comps in one place for future use. You can also directly collaborate with your team members on Folders, keeping all of your projects aligned.
Adding Comps to a Folder / Creating a Folder
- After you run your desired search, from the lease search results page, select your relevant comps.
- Click the “Add to Folder” button.
- Choose an existing folder or create a new one by entering a name.
- Your comps will be saved immediately to that folder.
Viewing and managing your folders
- Navigate to the Folders panel to the left of your top search bar.
2. Click on the arrow to open the full panel and select your desired folder.
3. Use the menu options and the three dots on the right of your folders to:
- Rename a folder
- Delete a folder entirely
Deleting Comps from a Folder
1. Open the folder where the comp is saved.
2. Select the comp(s) you’d like to remove.
3. Click the “Remove from Folder” button.
4. Confirm comp removal, and you’re all set!
