Saving searches and setting alerts

Use our Save Search feature to save time and stay up to date on your selected filters including market, space types, and property sizes. Plus, receive email updates when new comps meet your criteria.

You can also edit criteria for your saved searches. Saved Search Alerts are available for lease comps, sale comps, and properties.

 > Building a Search

1. Apply your search parameters.
2. Click the Save Search button in the bottom left.
3. Name the search.
4. Check the box below the search name to receive email updates.
5. Click Save.

> Sharing a Search 

Share your custom comp searches with your colleagues to seamlessly collaborate in real-time by clicking Share after the search is saved and enter your colleague's email in the subsequent form.

You can also share with a colleague a previously created Saved Search!

> Edit and Share Previously Saved Searches

1. Access your previously saved searches by clicking on “Saved Searches” on the top menu bar.
2. Find the search you wish to edit and click Edit to rename, remove, or adjust your alert settings for the search.
3. Click Share Search to send a search straight to your colleague's inbox.
