Searching for loan information

CompStak’s loan data currently includes CMBS (from our partner Trepp) and public loan information collected through public sources. Loan information is available on our property tab. For properties that have loan data, you’ll find them under the "loan" module of the property detailed page. 

To find properties with your relevant loan information, you can simply filter by loan details such as Loan Amount, Loan Maturity Date, Loan-to-Value (LTV), etc. You’ll find these filters under “loan info” once you click on “more filters” on your left tab. You can also directly search for loan attributes using the search for filters bar at the top of your left tab.
