Starting a New Search
Selecting one or multiple markets and submarkets: You can select one, or multiple markets using our Market Selector in the upper left corner. Simply check your desired market(s), or select all markets at once by clicking on “select all markets” then click on “Apply Market Changes.” You can also make your selection by hovering over a specific area on the map.
Using the map tools
You can also narrow down your market with one of our four preset map filters:
1. Search Within View
Zoom in and out/drag the map to your desired location to automatically update the resulting leases within view.
2. Radius Filter
Drop a circular zone on the map (dragging it by its center to your desired location). From there, adjust the radius coverage by dragging the circumference.
3. Polygon Filter
Draw any shape you need with our polygon filter. Dropping a square on the map, use the tool to adjust any of its corners or border midpoints to narrow your search to a set of city blocks, a specific commercial area, or any other spatial configuration.
Using the search bar: Look up specific addresses, tenants, and landlords on the map using our search bar. From there, go directly to the lease results, view the detailed property report, or draw a radius around the address to uncover nearby lease comps.
Refining your search
You can further refine your search by using our search filters such as space type, building class, starting rent, expiration date, Transaction SQFT, etc. Once you select your desired market(s), simply click on “more filters” to select any of the filters provided. You can also directly search for filters using the filter search bar. Once you select the filters that are relevant to you, click on the “Refine Leases”, “Refine Sales” or “Refine Properties” button on the top right of your screen to generate your search results.
