Powered by CompStak’s granular lease comps, users can customize heat maps by market starting or effective rent plus visualize leasing densities by expiration date, space type, and tenant industry.

 Note: Map Analytics is only available for single markets and when searching for leases only. 

Map Types
Map Analytics offers four distinct map types:

1) Market Rent: Explore market starting and effective rents across office and industrial markets, narrowing down results by specific submarkets and properties.

2) Tenant Industry: Visualize the concentration of tenant industries within a geographic area.

3) Lease Expiration: Check the density of lease expirations by market and track how lease expirations change over six-month intervals.

4) Space Type: View the density of office, industrial, or retail space types by market.

Visual Criteria for the Map Types

The Market Rent map uses starting rent or effective rent, as well as square footage price per month or year. The Tenant Industry, Lease Expiration, and Space Type maps utilize square footage or lease count.
