Viewing and understanding market and submarket trends with Market Dashboard 

Market Dashboard auto-generates market and submarket lease and sale reports that cover a wide range of lease data averages, heat maps, charts, largest landlords and tenants, and lease and sale activity. 

To get started with Market Dashboard, simply select your desired market and submarkets on the left sidebar, you can also choose to further refine your dashboard by adding any filters you wish. 

You can easily export your report by clicking on the export button at the top right of your screen. After you select the elements you want to include, click on the “customize” button to further personalize it with your logo, notes, and other elements. Once you’re done with this step, click on the “Create Report” button at the top, and you’re all set!
