When you’re building lead lists from CompStak, you can customize columns to quickly surface the gap between a tenant’s transaction date and move-in date.
In the results table, click Customize Columns to:
- Choose from 100+ columns related to deal dates, property specs (e.g. loading docks, street frontage), and transaction specifics (e.g. operating expenses, concessions).
- Add fields like Tenant Industry, Revenue, Employee Count, and size so your lists are reach out-ready.
- Drag and drop Execution Date and Commencement Date next to each other to instantly see the gap between signing and move-in.
- Reorder columns and hide anything that isn’t relevant to your prospecting.
When you export to Excel, CompStak will include whatever columns you’ve selected—turning your customized view into a clean, actionable lead list for your prospecting teams.
