Exporting your lease reports

CompStak offers flexibility in how you export your comps to optimize your reports and make sure you have the relevant information you need.

> Customizing columns before an export 

After you’ve refined your search results, you can customize your columns to only export the information you need. 

1. Click on the customize columns column header on the top left of your search results table. 
2. You can choose one of our pre-set column configurations - Office, Retail, and Industrial and further customize it if you wish. 
3. Once you’ve selected all the columns that are relevant to you, you can start exporting your comps.

> Exporting individual or multiple comps

After you’ve refined your search results and customized your columns, you can export individual comps by either directly clicking on the export button next to it, or checking its box then clicking on the export button at the top left of your search results table. 

You can also export multiple comps by checking their boxes then clicking on the export button at the top left of your search results table. If you wish to export ALL comps in your search results table, you can click the checkbox next to “customize columns” then on the export button on top of it.

You can export your comps under three different formats: 

Excel - You can choose to export your comps to an Excel sheet either annually or monthly.

PDF - Exporting comps as PDFs gives you the opportunity to build a custom report, edit any fields you want, and add your logo and other relevant information. 

IDs - Choosing this option will automatically copy the Comps ID to your clipboard. 

> Customizing your PDF report

With your PDF export, tailor your presentation-ready report by adding your logo and your client's logo, detailed notes, and key contact information. Hover your mouse over the columns, lease details and other custom fields on the cover page and comp reports to refine or remove lease information. If you don’t need a cover page just deselect the option at the top before exporting the pdf. To learn more about how to customize your lease comp and property report exports, click here.
