Understanding lease details

Lease information is presented in the format below. 

From this detailed view, you can: 

1. Export the individual comp in an Excel or PDF format. You can also copy its ID by exporting it as “IDs.” 
2. Navigate to the property report by clicking on “property report.” You can easily navigate back to the lease details by hitting the back button. 
3. View how many times this lease was submitted. Learn more about our data collection and validation process here. 
4. All the lease details including Net Effective Rent, Concessions Notes, Free Rent, Operating Expense, Lease Term, Execution Date, etc. are recorded in this section. 

Note: A “_” means that there is no information available for the data point, while a “0” value means that 0 was the recorded value for the data point. For example, if you see “0m” next to Free Rent, it means that the lease didn’t include any free rent, while a “_” indicates that we don’t have any information on free rent for the lease selected. 

5. The bottom of the tab shows the Comp ID, the date it was created, and who reviewed it. 
6. You can easily navigate to the next lease from your search results by clicking on “Next lease comp.”
