Competitive Set

You can view comparable properties in the market through the competitive set tab. 

CompStak automatically generates this competitive set based on nearby, similar properties. The properties will be displayed on the map for a better visualization - to download the map, click on the three dots at the top right of your screen and click on “download image.”

You can customize your competitive set by adding or removing properties. To dive deeper into your Competitive Set click 'See All Leases in this Set' located in the top right-hand corner of the Competitive Set.

Add properties to the competitive set by clicking the blue Add a Property button.

Remove properties from the set by clicking their checkboxes to select them.

Clicking the Remove Selected button will remove those properties.

Changing the properties in the competitive set will change the Starting Rent Trends analysis at the bottom of the report.
