• Manage risk with critical leasing and performance metrics.
• Uncover new opportunities by identifying trends, gaps, and areas for growth.

Get started with portfolio benchmarking: 

1. Navigate to the “Compare Portfolios” button.
2. Select the portfolio you want to compare.
3. View comparative analytics, including:
   • Specific rent metrics (such as average Current Rent, average Net Effective Rent, average Free Rent & TI, etc.)
   • Rent trends
   • Tenant industry distribution
   • Lease expirations
