Key Metrics & Aggregation

The Overview Tab provides a high-level analysis of portfolio performance, including aggregated leasing insights and risk analysis charts.

• Metrics are calculated using active leases within portfolio properties.
• KPIs (such as average rent and lease terms) are weighted by transaction square footage.
• Properties without leases are included in property-level metrics, but do not impact leasing calculations.
