Agent Connect is part of the CompStak One Connect subscription. If you have another subscription type and would like to access Agent Connect, please contact your customer success manager.
Getting set up with Agent Connect
Follow these steps to connect CompStak Agent Connect to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
1. Add Agent Connect
Open the settings or connectors area in the AI tool you use and choose the option to add a custom connector or MCP server.
Enter the CompStak MCP address:
https://mcp.compstak.com/mcp
Save or continue to begin the connection process.
2. Sign in with your CompStak credentials
When prompted, sign in using the same email address and password you use to access CompStak.
Your Agent Connect access is tied to your CompStak account and your organization’s subscription.
3. Authorize the connection
After signing in, review the connection request and select Authorize, Allow, or the equivalent option.
This allows your AI tool to retrieve CompStak data when you use Agent Connect.
4. Review and accept the terms
The first time you connect, you may be asked to review and accept CompStak’s applicable terms.
Complete this step to finish setup.
5. Review your data-sharing settings
Before using Agent Connect, review the privacy and data-sharing settings in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
If the tool includes a setting that allows conversations or connected data to be used for model training, turn that setting off. Please note: the exact setting and location will vary by tool.
6. Confirm CompStak is connected
Once setup is complete, CompStak should appear as an available connected source or MCP server.
If a connection status is shown, confirm that CompStak is enabled or connected.
7. Start using Agent Connect
Open a new conversation and begin working with CompStak data.
You can use Agent Connect to:
- Find and refine relevant lease or sale comps
- Compare properties or markets
- Add market context to an asset or opportunity
- Combine CompStak intelligence with internal data and other connected sources
- Pull relevant CRE information into broader research workflows
Having trouble connecting?
If you cannot sign in or do not see CompStak as an available connection, confirm that:
- You are using the correct CompStak credentials
- Your CompStak account is active
- Agent Connect is included in your organization’s subscription
