CompStak Exchange is our free platform for brokers, appraisers, and researchers. CRE professionals who wish to be part of CompStak Exchange submit an application that is then reviewed by our team. Once the user is approved, they can start submitting the comps they have to receive credits in return. They can use those credits to unlock valuable lease and sale comps on CompStak.
